Tim previously served as the Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Cleveland Bar Association and has been recognized as one of Ohio’s “Super Lawyers”. Tim also previously served as a law clerk with the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

A graduate with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the Syracuse University College of Law, Tim served as an editor of the Syracuse University Law Review and was one of only six students who had his Law Review Note published. While a third year student at Syracuse, he was honored to be chosen to teach a first year legal writing course. He also previously served as an Adjunct Professor at the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and, prior to attending law school, spent four years working for Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Tim is admitted to practice in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
