A unique feature of Cavitch is our involvement in legal research and writing that set standards in many areas of law.
We serve as the authors and the permanent editorial board for the 15-volume Ohio Transaction Guide and the 30-volume Current Legal Forms, which are leading treatises relied upon by counsel in Ohio and across the nation. In addition, members of the firm have authored or co-authored a number of other reference works for lawyers, including Tax Planning for Corporations and Shareholders, Taxation of Executive Compensation, and Ohio State Taxation.
