The law offices of Cavitch, Familo & Durkin Co., L.P.A. are located on the 20^th floor of the Penton Media Building - 1300 East Ninth Street in downtown Cleveland. The building is on the northwest corner of Ninth Street and St. Clair Avenue. The entrance to the parking garage is situated on East 6^th Street between Lakeside Avenue and St. Clair Avenue, directly across from Public Auditorium.

 

Proceed to the machine and take a parking ticket. If a sign indicates that the garage is full, simply tell the attendant that you are visiting the offices of Cavitch, Familo & Durkin. Park in any of the unreserved spaces. 

 

Take the elevator to the first floor of the garage, turn left and proceed through the atrium to the office building.

 

On weekends, evenings, or when our garage is full you may also park in the Cleveland Crowne Plaza Hotel garage, 777 St. Clair Avenue. The entrance to the garage is located on St. Clair Avenue next to the hotel entrance. Go to the main floor of the hotel and proceed north to the Penton Media Bldg. turn right and proceed through the atrium to the office building.

 

Bring your ticket with you as you proceed to the main lobby where the southern bank of elevators will take you to the 20^th floor. On weekends and evenings, you will need to sign the register at the guard desk in the lobby. The receptionist can validate parking tickets for clients and friends of the firm.
