Howard P. Kasdan currently focuses his practice primarily on family law, especially on issues involving family businesses and related financial issues. He is also practicing in all phases of family law relating to separation and divorce, custody, and support.

For several years, Howard served as an adjunct professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he taught client counseling and negotiation. He has presented various seminars and speeches for many professional organizations, including the American Association of Health Care Administrative Management and the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association, on topics involving medical insurance benefits, probate, guardianship, and patient account issues.

Howard attained his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1969. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Ohio University in 1966. Howard is admitted to the Courts of Ohio and the United States Supreme. His is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Howard is an active member of the Northcoast Woodturner’s Association and is an accomplished furniture builder and woodturner.
