Providing Solutions To Complex Legal Issues

Jennifer Molnar is an associate attorney at Cavitch, bringing a strong academic background and a wealth of hands-on legal experience to the firm. A recent graduate of Cleveland State University College of Law, she earned a Juris Doctor and was consistently named to the Dean’s List. Jennifer demonstrated exceptional legal aptitude by earning five separate CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contracts, Animal Law, Critical Race Theory, Estates and Trusts, and Pretrial Practice.

Prior to law school, Jennifer completed both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cleveland State University, providing a strong foundation in critical analysis, research, and persuasive writing.

Jennifer was a Law Clerk at Schroth Law, LLC where she was responsible for researching complex legal issues, drafting a wide range of legal documents, and assisting with trial preparation and discovery. This role was complemented by her work in the Pretrial Justice Clinic at CSU Law, where she gained valuable experience interviewing clients, attending probable cause hearings, and preparing legal motions for the public defender.

Beyond client work, Jennifer is committed to legal education and mentorship, having served as an Academic Excellence Fellow for a contracts course and an Adjunct Instructor for first-year writing at Cleveland State University. She is the mom of two boys and lives with her family in Olmstead Township.
