Our Women’s Affinity Group is dedicated to fostering a culture of professional growth, mentorship, and advocacy. We focus on breaking down systemic barriers and building a community where women can thrive at every stage of their legal careers, from first-year associates to equity shareholders.

Key Pillars of the Initiative

• Mentorship & Sponsorship: Connecting junior associates with seasoned shareholders to navigate the complexities of the legal industry and career advancement.
• Professional Development: Hosting workshops on business development, negotiation tactics, and leadership.
• Community & Networking: Creating spaces for our female attorneys to connect authentically through internal and external events.
