Panelists Include
Alison Magyari – Vice President IT, Eaton Electric

Alison is the Vice President, IT, Global Business Relationship Management for Eaton. Prior roles at Eaton include VP, IT, Aerospace, IT Engagement Leader, Manager of the Dedicated Application Platforms team within Global Infrastructure and Manager of the Global Business Analysis Team for the Business Intelligence COE. Alison is also the program lead for the Women Adding Value at Eaton (WAVE) employee resource group and a member of Eaton’s Executive Women’s Council.
Prior to joining Eaton, Alison worked as a Lead Analyst for Business Intelligence and was a Corporate IT Auditor for Sherwin-Williams Corporation. Alison earned her Associate Certified Coaching certificate from the International Federation of Coaching in 2025. Additionally, Alison has a certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard University Online, her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Lake Erie College.
Outside of work, Alison resides in Solon, Ohio and is on the Board of Ambassadors for Cleveland’s Hope Lodge, Orphan Resources International and on the Board of Directors for Echelon: Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland. Additionally, Alison is passionate about health and wellness. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and regularly teaches yoga and meditation classes and published a book about her miraculous recovery from a broken neck in 2022.
Chris Bernard – Founder of Content Engagement Lab

Chris Bernard is the founder of Content Engagement Lab and Dock29 Marketing, an AI-forward consultancy that helps organizations turn artificial intelligence into practical, revenue-generating workflows. With 19+ years of experience, Chris has led strategy for global brands like GM, Michelin, Caterpillar, and Whirlpool at Starcom MediaVest and Publicis. He now builds custom AI chatbots and automation systems for healthcare, legal, and growth-stage businesses, and hosts the CBKnowsAI podcast.
Dan Charney – Owner of Direct Recruiters

With a career spanning over 25 years at Direct Recruiters, Dan’s journey through various roles within the company has equipped him with invaluable hands-on experience. Dan’s thought leadership is frequently sought after by top-tier Human Capital and business journals. He is regarded as a go-to expert on topics such as succession planning, the impact of technology and AI on leadership, and the evolving landscape of talent acquisition and management.
Max Dehn – Shareholder, Cavitch Familo & Durkin Co., L.P.A.

Max Dehn is a shareholder with Cavitch, and focuses his practice on business and employment litigation and counseling. He has represented clients in a variety of areas, including employment discrimination, wage and hour matters, non-compete litigation, business contract disputes, and class action defense in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums.
Max co-chairs the firm’s monthly employment law luncheon, and also provides counseling to business clients regarding their employment practices. Max has presented lectures to attorneys, business owners and human resources professionals on topics including non-compete contract litigation, and the Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA”).
Max has also worked in successfully defending numerous class and collective actions. These include FLSA collective actions, Ohio Consumer Sales Protection Act class actions, and several large entitlement-based class actions brought against State of Ohio agencies, some of which were litigated over the course of ten years or more.
Rachel Mack – President of Staff Solutions

Rachel Mack is the President of Staffing Solutions Enterprises and a tech-forward staffing executive based in Cleveland, Ohio. With nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, she rose through the ranks by leading through change, reinvention, and industry disruption. Rachel is a recognized advocate for the thoughtful use of AI and automation in recruiting, focusing on reducing cognitive load, improving candidate experience, and empowering recruiters to do higher-impact work.
She is passionate about progressive leadership, women’s advancement, and building people-first organizations in times of change. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Cleveland State University, leads SSE’s Executive HR Women’s Network, and serves on the Board of the Human Resources Leadership Group of Northeastern Ohio.
