John’s practice covers a broad range of services, from planning and drafting to trust and estate administration, and serves clients with moderate wealth as well as high net worth clients. His experience includes the design and implementation of complex plans involving the use of multigenerational, charitable and various grantor trusts, along with numerous other advanced planning techniques. John also frequently assists his clients with the modification and termination of existing trust arrangements through the use of private settlement agreements, court petitions, consent to distribution arrangements and decanting agreements.
He also has experience representing clients during audits on complex estate tax returns, as well as advising and assisting fiduciaries and beneficiaries on their obligations, responsibilities and rights during the administration of trusts and estates.
