Cavitch is proud to share that Hannah Mahaffey has been selected to join the Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2026.
Ladder Down Cleveland is a year-long program dedicated to empowering women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring. The competitive selection process identifies women attorneys who are poised to advance their careers and contribute to the legal profession in Northeast Ohio.
Hannah is part of Cavitch’s Litigation and Employment Practice Groups. Her inclusion in the Ladder Down program will provide direct training and career development through a combination of dedicated coaches, sponsors, and peer participants.
“The Ladder Down program is specifically designed to provide the tools and confidence women lawyers need to overcome professional hurdles and build sustainable success,” said a representative from the program. “We look forward to seeing the growth and contributions of the Class of 2026.”
The program, which runs from January through November, includes monthly large group training sessions and periodic small-group accountability sessions. These sessions help class members create and execute personalized leadership and business development plans.
