As a shareholder and co-department head, Madi focuses her practice on employment law and commercial litigation, leveraging a unique perspective gained from representing both closely held businesses and individual employees. This dual experience allows her to offer creative, proactive solutions across a broad range of legal challenges, from navigating sensitive employment disputes to securing business protections through the drafting of comprehensive employment agreements, non-compete contracts, and trade secret protections. Additionally, she provides strategic counsel in sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including partnership disputes, real estate conflicts, and class action suits.
Beyond the courtroom, Maruna is an advocate for the Cleveland community. She currently serves as the Chair of the National Echelon Leadership Council for The Salvation Army and was recently honored with the Donald Strang Community Service Award for her efforts in mobilizing young professionals. She is also a dedicated supporter of the Cleveland Animal Protective League.
